Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GitStash

By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of Services

GitStash provides GitHub-powered portfolio generation and analytics services. You must have a valid GitHub account to use our services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

GitHub Integration

Your GitStash account is linked to your GitHub account. Changing your GitHub username after purchasing our services may cause technical issues with your portfolio and analytics. While we will provide assistance in resolving such issues, we cannot guarantee full recovery of services, and no refunds will be issued for such cases.

Data Usage

We only store your GitHub username and email address. All other data is fetched directly from GitHub's API when needed. Any content you create through our CMS is stored securely in our database.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your GitHub account information. We are not liable for any service disruptions or data loss resulting from changes to your GitHub account credentials or username.

Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance. While we do not offer refunds for username-related issues, our support team will provide full assistance in resolving any technical problems you encounter.

Limitations of Liability

GitStash provides its services "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or from changes to your GitHub account.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our service.
